45 Minute Soul Alignment Session

This session is a blend of energy healing and channeled guidance and messages from your Spirit Guides - all to bring you back into full alignment with your Soul, and your highest path! Through both the energy work and the guidance from your Guides, we will clear, open, and realign your energy, and you will receive the clarity you need to set you back on your most aligned path. As your energy shifts into a higher vibration, you will also shift into higher emotions, perspectives and timelines! These sessions are perfect for both one-off shifts, clarity and realignment, as well as ongoing energy maintenance and expansion. Although I will always focus on realignment, energy clearing, and increasing your frequency, the energy healing will always be based on your intentions … Here are other areas that we can work on: * Raising your vibration and stepping into positive emotions and higher frequencies * Realigning your energy in life or business * Clearing negative energy, energetic blocks, or cutting unhealthy energetic cords * Activating and expanding your spiritual gifts * Grounding, rebalancing, and nervous system regulation * Activating your Higher Self/Soul back into your body * Enhancing your spiritual connection/supporting your awakening * Amplifying your body’s healing response if you’re experiencing illness or injury What to expect during the session: The 30-minute energy healing is conducted remotely, so during the time of the actual energy healing, we won’t be in communication, This is a time for you to lay back, relax and enjoy in a quiet undisturbed space. After the healing, I’ll then send you voice messages which will include all intuitive insights I picked up on your energy body, and this is also where I share the channeled messages and guidance and loving support from your Spirit Guides, which you can listen to and revisit as much as you want! (There is normally 15+ mins of messages here). Before the session, I ask you to share your intentions via voice notes beforehand. This not only brings clarity to your intentions, but also allows me to connect deeply with your energy!
